Healing Beyond the Couch: Clinical Psychology in the Wider Sphere

Several members of the Healing Heritage team were recently invited to present on a virtual panel hosted by the Angeles University Foundation in Angeles City, Philippines. Part of a series of guest lectures, the “Public Health and its Implication in Clinical Psychology” session featured Dr. Christian Gloria, Aimary Rubio, Ther Largo, and Carlo Rivera who spoke to students and faculty in the Clinical Psychology. They discussed research efforts to uplift the experiences of Filipino Nurses as well as personal and professional experiences that led them to the intersection of public health and mental health.
